Terms of Use
By using Koda, you agree to the following terms:
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the app
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information
- Fortune readings are generated through a combination of traditional divination methods and AI interpretation
- Koda reserves the right to modify features, pricing, and terms with reasonable notice
- Misuse, reverse engineering, or redistribution of app content is prohibited
Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
- Monthly and yearly plans auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Each billing cycle includes 30 fortune draws
- Unused draws do not carry over to the next billing cycle
- Draw Packs are one-time purchases; draws from packs never expire
- Free trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless canceled
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
Talisman Program
- Subscribers receive one consecrated talisman per quarter
- Talismans are shipped worldwide; delivery times vary by region
- A valid shipping address must be provided to receive your talisman
- Talismans are crafted items and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Koda is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services
- Each talisman is designed for one season. When the next season begins, the previous talisman should be respectfully retired (see talisman detail page for guidance)
Intellectual Property
All content within Koda — including fortune texts, AI interpretations, talisman designs, artwork, and interface designs — is the intellectual property of Koda and its creators. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
